CoolExtreme Rent-A-Car Palawan - Rental Requirements

5,000 Security Deposit

Purpose: The security deposit is a precautionary measure for the rental company to cover any potential damages to the vehicle, missing fuel, or other incidentals that might occur during the rental period.

Full Payment of Rental

Timing: Full payment upfront means you are required to pay the total rental cost at the time of booking or picking up the vehicle, rather than at the end of the rental period.

1,000 Pesos Reservation Fee

Purpose: This fee is often taken to guarantee your booking, ensuring that the vehicle you've selected is reserved for you for the specified dates and times of your rental.

Application: The 1,000 pesos may go towards the overall cost of your rental or be an additional fee.

Refundability: we will refund your 1,000 reservation fee if you cancel your booking before 3 days of your rental

Payment Methods: Payment can made by credit card, Gcash and Bank Transfer to our Company's account.

Additional Drivers: Our car rental policy states that "2 drivers are free for 1 car rental," it means that the rental agreement allows for two individuals to be registered as drivers for the same rental vehicle without incurring additional fees.

Reservation fee give the car rental agency security that the client will proceed with booking the unit. If the booking is made already and you cancelled. The payment is refundable four days and up before your booking rental date. Three days or less before your booking rental date, the payment is non-refundable.

For rental of more than 2 days, unlimited mileage. For 1 day rental, we have a limit of 150 km only. Excess kilometers considered 1 day rental charged.

CoolExtreme Rent-A-Car Palawan have minimum 2 days rental. But if you drop the car in El-nido town we have minimum 3 days rental and additional charge of Php 4,500.00

Yes, the charge for Chauffeur would be Php 500/day 10 Hours within city proper only. If outside city proper rate is Php 1,000/day and  you  have to pay for the driver's food and accommodation.
